As I have mentioned before, after Grace was born I took up running/jogging and really enjoyed doing it and have continued running/jogging after Emmie was born. I'm not saying I do this everyday like I would like, but I try to run at least 3-4 times a week as time allows. It's exercise that my girls can go with me and I don't have to worry about putting them in a gym daycare. Plus, they see Mommy exercising which is important! Also, my parents like to go and it's fun to run with them! :o)
